Should I stop drinking ensures before surgery?

Question

Okay so i know vitamin E thins the blood so we should deinking anything that contains it before surgery. However, I've been drinking ensures to get vitamins and gain weight before surgery (bbl, full body lipo). I am now 3 weeks away from my surgery date and ensures have 25% vitamin E (considered a low amount ?). Should i stop taking them? I mean its better safe than sorry.

I tell my patients to stop teas, herbal remedies, herbal vitamins one week before surgery. Three days after surgery, you can resume taking Vitamin E supplements. It is recommended to avoid sun exposure, tobacco, and alcohol one week before surgery. Every plastic surgeon has his or her set of guidelines, so please follow the instructions provided by your surgeon.
