CO2 laser causing milia. What is an effective treatment to eliminate this?

I prescribe Retin-A in these situations. I've seen milia mostly around the mouth if it's going to happen.  

 Please address your concerns to the practitioners who performed your Laser Resurfacing for an evaluation/ examination. Post Laser milia are very common. Normally, a gentile facial cleanser ( NIA-24) combined with a Luffa Sponge can be very effective for the removal of post laser milia. Best,

First of all, make sure that the products that you are currently using are "non-comedogenic." If not, they could be clogging your pores and contributing to your milia.

  Secondly, see your dermatologist. He/she may prescribe a prescription-strength topical retinoid cream or gel to help clear up your milia.   Also, make sure that you are wearing a broad spectrum sunscreen every day.
