Is it normal for the arms to have a roll when bent following brachioplasty? (Photo)

I had brachioplasty two years ago. Was told swelling would Go away but I still have these rolls in each arm when bent. People ask about it too as it looks deformed? Should this be there? Very unsightly without sleeves and even with long sleeve shirts. Almost uncomfortable as it feels as if I have bans be around my arms? I almost don't like to show them as they appear somewhat deformed?
