1 year post-op, can a tummy tuck cause bowel incontinence?

I had a gastric bypass done at age 49 . I am now 67 and had a tummy tuck done a year ago . I began having bowel incontinence soon after the tummy tuck surgery . I have been tested for pelvic floor muscle weakness and went through therapy with recommended exercises that I do faithfully daily . Sacral nerve stimulation is my next step . Diet high in fiber also recommended . Is this a known side affect of a tummy tuck ?

After a year, it's not going to go away. It is most likely residual fat tissue. If that is the case, it can be helped with abdominal liposuction.
