Is Insomnia related to Spironolactone?

I have been taking 50mg spironolactone for four days for acne. I have had difficulty sleeping the entire time and feel like my heart is beating very fast at night when I try and go to bed. Is this a normal side effect for the first week or should I be worried about my electrolytes?
