Did I compromise my nipples being at the same height in order to have my breast fold be at the same height? POD5

I put full control into my PS giving me what I ask; natural, fitting for my body breast. One thing he talked about was the height of my breast fold being different & said he could fix it. I agreed but now heeling I fear I made my nipple difference even more. I have one cute boob & one monster. I know BA brings out flaws more with larger size but was this larger difference in nipples partial fault to fixing the breast fold? If decided ,what options do I have on fixing that nipple in the future?

You have two different breasts and they may not react exactly the same. Aslo, if you are right handed, you will use that arm more and may have more discomfort. I would suggest still sleeping sitting somewhat upright and follow all your post operative instructions. It will get better.

Difficult to tell without seeing you. But, there ways you can explore to determine if that implant size is right for you. Looking at Before and after photos, using sizer implant and imaging. Your surgeon should be able to help you with your question.
