I'm almost 2 weeks post-op. I have been gently cleaning inside my nostrils with q-tips wet with water and hydrogen peroxide. But the blood has dried up and recently I came across a round piece of dried up "flesh" that stills seems to be attached to inside my nose and it's just hanging. I have no idea if that is suppose to fall of or if it's even suppose to be there. I'm scared of picking at it because it looks like it will hurt if I push it out with q-tips. Same problem in both nostrils.
