Thanks for writing,Without surgical or Aesthetician training I would be cautious with self treatment. Know what the end points are, know how to read the tissues, using the correct needles at the correct depth, knowing what to look for with infection are some of the issues that can affect your results, and potentially make things worse. Microneedling with prp over multiple treatments is the best combination.Beware of self treatments, due to the risk of infection with repeated use of the needle.Aloe will be soothing for the red skin.Hyaluronic acid containing creams may be fine, but wait a day before using them on the sensitive Microneedled skin.Best.
