Having mild rosacea, shouldn't I avoid growth factor products containing VEGF, like TNS Essential Serum?

I have had dermatologists recommend growth factor products to me without reservation, despite my tendency to flush and my "broken" capillaries, and I have found their effects wonderful for improving my skin texture, far superior to any retinoid or acid. It seems, however, that given the indictment of VEGF and TGF-β1 in telangiectasia, I should avoid these particular growth factors.
