Masturbation has nothing to do with hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned, it is best to discuss your issue with your doctor.

Your hair falling is not likely related to your sexual practices. You may experience initial hair shedding when you begin using minoxidil and / or propecia in the initial months. When did you begin these medications relative to the observation of the shedding episodes?

Masturbation or other sexual activity does not have any effect on graft survival or hair growth.This may just be a reflection of your normal hair loss process.

Breathe easily, you're not losing your hairs when you masturbate.    Obviously there are any reasons you may be losing hair at the moment and only an in depth evaluation can help.   But rest assured, it's not due to masturbation.
