I have cataract surgery scheduled nxt week (only one eye is affected). My surgeon is using Vivity Toric lens because I have had detached retina surgery in that eye and I have astigmatism. I have seen the weird glass eye (“terminator eye”) effect in other people who have had cataract surgery. I don’t like it and I am concerned that because I’m only getting an IOL in one eye, it will be cosmetically different than the natural lens of my other eye! Need advice please.
