Help. I am a 32 yr old female. After i had my daughter, she is almost 3 yr old. I started with breakouts on my back and arms. Doctors didnt know what it was . Fast forward 2 years and my back isnt as bad but still broke out and now i will get random break outs on my face and neck. What is this!!?

Dear patient, Please don't consider this medical advice. I am not familiar with your medical history and background. Having said that, generally speaking, acne can be caused by bacteria, yeast and other organisms on the skin, hormonal changes, food triggers and more.
Start conservative:
Consider an anti-bacterial and anti fungal face and body wash. Topial creams such as Retin A and Celocin T lotion and Differing gel can also be helpful. 
If these are not effective I would recommend considering a course of oral antibiotics or Spririnolactone.
Accutane is aggressive and is a last resort. You will not be able to get pregmany for 6-9 months after starting Accutane.
Accutane can also have many side effects such as depression and hair loss and joint pains etc
