Hi, I’m 23 and have sagging cheeks. It’s getting worse to the point that my fat pads make it hard to smile because they weigh so much. Would it be better to take an approach that lifts the fat pads/muscle, or should I focus on getting my bone structure augmented from a craniofacial surgeon? I’ve always had both low fat pads and weak bone structure, so I’m unsure of which of these factors is causing my cheeks to sag so much
