hi, im 5ft 6" and have never weighed over 135lbs in my life, but, despite being in a normal weight range i have a double chin, of sorts. my face is naturally round but lots of people have round faces and no double chin. my face tends to look normal from the front, but i have the worst profile thanks to my big chin, also smiling tends to make my chin look absolutely revolting. would getting liposuction on my chin be applicable? what cost would i be looking at?

Answer: It looks like liposuction can improve your neckline
This sounds like typical throat soreness from the anesthesia used for your surgery, either an endotracheal tube or a laryngeal mask. This has nothing to do with with the liposuction which was performed in front of the voicebox area.
This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
2 weeks is way too early to make a judgement. There is swelling and firmness for a while.A garment , massage and just time will allow this to change and improve. Be patient.
