What are my options to correct scars from previous accidents and stitches in my chin area? (photos)

So when I was younger, I got cut with a knife under my chin, and I had to get stitches, and I believe me messing with it could've made it even worse because after that, it was uneven to me, and it but then shortly after getting my stitches out, I fell on my face on cement and I don't know if some of the rocks were left in there but when I squeeze it or put pressure I can like feel it and I don't know if that's from getting the stitches, but I am very insecure about it and I want it better

At least from what I can see in the photos provided, the scar appears elevated. If so, then it can be shrunk and flattened via intralesional injections of an antiinflammatory agent. Next if hypoppigmented, it can be treated with professionally performed manual microneedling accompanied by the application of pigment enhancing topical agents to better blend the scar color and texture with the surrounding normal skin.
