Persistent red telangiectasias after 3 sessions of Vbeam, should settings/frequency be increased?

2 years ago I was treated for an AK on my cheek with efudex. It worked but left a persistent circle of redness on my cheek. I have Ehlers Danlos. My skin has always tolerated lasers well. After a skin biopsy showing scarring, I have had 3 v beam (after test spots) treatments on it. The first week it is red and swollen, then lightens a little but then it comes back. Settings are: 595nm, 7.5j, 10mm spot, 6msec pulse. Should they be increased, done more frequently, will it just take time?
