Worth re-treating with Vbeam? (Photo)

20 y/o with jawline keloid scarring and hyperpigmentation for 5-6 years. Started with steroid injections to help flatten then moved on to several vbeam and fraxel procedures. Skin has minimally improved and I was wondering if it is worth it to keep doing vbeam or find another treatment.

As you have seen, purpura can occur after a Vbeam laser treatment. The laser treatment can be effective, with or without purpura developing. It is very common that multiple treatment sessions are needed to obtain the best improvement.
