Can hair be transplanted from my legs to my chest?

I would like more hair on my chest. I have a lot of leg hair. I would prefer not to take hair from my scalp. Could leg hair be used to fill out my chest? Or is this not feasible?

Generally speaking, we can transplant hair from any donor site to any recipient site. However, the hair quality will remain the same as the donor hair (ie curly, straight, coarse, fine, etc). FUE technique utilises as small as 0.9 or 0.8mm diameter hair extraction device to harvest the donor. This means it may leave multiple 0.9mm or 0.8mm scar marks on your donor site. On the scalp, the surrounding hair can easily cover the scalp scars but on the leg, the remaining hair may not be enough to cover the leg scars.
