I don't have much fat at all (pls see pictures) but which treatment would be the most effective and safe to target the last bit of fat on my stomach? Thank you

I think SculpSure might be a good option for you to target the small areas of fat around your abdomen.  I don't think you have enough fat where CoolSculpting would be effective.

All three devices are FDA approved for body contouring, but I find the best results with SculpSure. Patients get consistent improvement with SculpSure, which uses heat to permanently kill fat cells. This would be a good fit for you because you are looking to get rid of stubborn fat in a targeted area.

Both Coolsculpting and SculpSure are FDA approved and safe to target fat in undesired areas. CoolSculpting works with a suction and freezes the area within the suction. SculpSure sits on top of the skin and is held in place with brackets and straps. Just based on how little fat you have to grab onto, I would recommend SculpSure. I also like SculpSure because there is some spread beyond just the area in directed contact with the laser and can offer skin tightening. SculpSure usually requires two sessions (unlike CoolSculpting) for the best results, but in your case you may only need one which could save you some money.
