So my tattoo is 6 in x 2 in on my forearm and it is too dense to remove by laser. Id rather be scarred then have this tattoo. Im having trouble finding a surgeon who still performs encisions. And Is there any surgeons in the chicagoland area that would perform tattoo excision on this.

As of last year, BLTR cream was still in animal testing. Human testing--if it passes all 3 phases--is a good 10 years off.
People claiming to be selling BLTR now (e.g. bltr-cream.com) do make a lot of big claims. There appears to be no connection with them and the Ontario pharmaceutical company...
