Still tired after implant removal?

Question

Under the muscle,transauxilary ,silicone gel implants They were in for one year. I began experiencing extreme fatigue , swollen lymph nodes shooting pain. The mri showed irregularities but nothing was certain. The doctor said that simple removal of the implant through the underarm was all that he would recommend to do at this time. It has been 4 weeks now,i feel a lot better , still am very tired sometimes. Is there some way to know what is going on in my body without breaking the bank?

Unfortunately, there is no definitive time table post explantation in which a patient is guaranteed to feel better. Nor is there a definitive procedure. The surgeon tries to remove the implant and the entire capsule which is easy if the capsule is well formed. But is the capsule is a grade 1 capsule, then it tears easily and merges with the lining of the ribs posteriorly which may be difficult to remove entirely.
