I was told I need a T shape osteotomy. My chin is long & recessed while also being very oval/wide. I want a sliding genioplasty but am wondering if a SG can also narrow and shorted the chin to be feminine. when researching I have only seen v line surgeries in Asia and find that it looks like a cartoon. I don't want to do something as drastic as v line or jaw surgery, I want to shorted and taper my chin while moving it forward because it's recessed. SG seemed like it has the least complications.
