How long after CoolSculpting can hyperplasia show?

3 treatments of coolsculpting on love handles and on one leg, 6 weeks later on inner thighs. It looked smaller on all areas about 6-8 wks after each treatment. 3 months after last treatment I noticed a darkened area on my inner thigh that was exact shape as the applicator. I read about some seeing darkening and I know this could go away over time but I'm afraid this is a sign of hyperplasia. I read some people having good results then later noticing big,hard lumps of fat.
