How important are lymphatic massages after TT, BBL and lipo on arms and lower back?

I had my surgery in TJ Mexico and the surgeon there recommended lymphatic massages 2-3 times a week for one month. Would others in the USA (specially Chicago) perform these on me?

Lymphatic massage is not critical to the outcome but is commonly recommended. You may have to look around to find a therapist who does this.
