I have very large visible veins on penis. Is this normal or should I remove this? (Photo)

The posted pictures look like normal penile veins and there is no need or indication for any treatment of them.

Thank you for your question. This appears to be normal anatomy, I would recommend to not get this area treated for visible veins when erect.
