I can't hear out of my right ear after Otoplasty five days ago?Is this normal?

Five days ago I had otoplasty done. My right ear was bigger than my left ear, so I am assuming more work went into that ear. I can barely hear out of it. When i have nothing covering my ear, it feels and sounds as if cotton is stuffed all in it. My surgeon called an ear doctor and i see him in four days. I also have been taking Ibuprofen to help with the swelling. Anyone have a similar situation or can help me understand why I cannot hear that well still?

Thinning ear lobes can contribute to an aged look.  The volume of the lobe is lost as we age, much like the loss of volume in the face.  This volume can be replaced with fillers or by fat grafting to the ear lobe.  This can easily be done in the office with little or no down time.
