BEFORE Surgery: I had dimples in the CENTER of my chin. My Lower lip did not drop this way; My Lower lip was not asymmetrical (at least not that severely). 4 Weeks AFTER Surgery: The chin dimples are now on the right side of my chin and the skin is pulling to the right; The Lower lip is severely droopy and very asymmetrical. EXPECTATIONS: To have lower lip centered and symmetrical again; to correct the dimples; to have the lower lip lifted back to its place. Thanks!
