What are your thoughts on low dose isotretinoin for anti-aging?

I recently heard a dermatologist suggest to take 20mg of Isotretinoin biweekly or monthly to keep skin in good health (improve texture and reduce pore size). What are your thoughts on this and could I take this dosage long term? Thank you.

It is true that low dose accutane can be used to improve oily skin and pore size as well as stubborn acne. But this is not considered "anti-aging". Tretinoin (Retin-A) has the most evidence for use as an anti-aging product. Best wishes,
