How to correct my forehead bulging veins? (Photo)

I have noticed these two ugly veins on my forehead . They appear if I hold a smile for more than 3 seconds . I have Botox injected every 3 months but I recently noticed the veins . What could be done ? I am in my late 30s . Underweight ( can't help it I just can't gain weight ). 108 lb 5.4" .
