Why is there no consensus amongst doctors on if hyaluronidase damages skin?

MissIllinois2009
The most common view seems to be that any damage to skin goes back. I am praying this is true. I had a really bad experience with a nurse injector and an occlusion. It was only my second time ever trying lip filler. I had previously tried it 3 years ago and had it removed with hyaluronidase with no problems. The injector from 3 years ago was a doctor who knew what he was doing though. This nurse flooded my lips and now they look so flat. Will time help? I never want fillers again.
