Hi I would really like to know if its possible to fix my left pec as it doesn't reach the middle like my right pec and its not even symetrical with the right one at all.

It is possible that the use of a custom-made silicone implant and/or the use of fat grafting may be helpful in your case.  This type of work is quite specialized and you will need to do your due diligence in finding a board-certified plastic surgeon who can demonstrate significant experience helping patients in your situation.
