PRP breast lift/vampire breast lift - would this procedure stop me from breastfeeding in the future?

30, F, 5'5", 135lbs., athletic build. I am a mom. Before pregnancy, my cup size was a 34B. While nursing I was a 32D. Now I am 34C ( I think... a sad C in my opinion). I don't want to have an invasive surgery. I am sure that I don't want to go up in cup size. I haven't considered a consultain yet. I guess for now, My question is would getting ths procedure stop me from breastfeeding in the future?
