I recently had a breast explant with lift. I'm happy with Marisol's but of course would like them to look better. What I've noticed is the upper pole has lost the fullness and there's a little indentation at the top of the breast. When adding filler to this area be helpful I know it would be an upkeep but maybe twice a year? I do not want fat transfer and already thin.. have one area that's upper pressure my arm that needs a little pumping. Would vampire breast lift help firm the more & adding filler
