I'm thinking of having filler injected in my buttocks and the filler they use is Genefill, I wanted to make sure this filler doesn't cause lumpiness or any other dangers and was safe to be injected into that area.

You have mild volume deficit in the periorbital region, which can be easily corrected with hyaluronic acid based fillers, such as Juvederm or Restylane for long-lasting and natural results. Make sure the physician does a lot of similar procedures when you go for a consultation.
FaceTite combined with Morpheus8 treatments can help tighten the skin as well as improve overall skin tone and texture. These treatments can be enhanced with fillers or Botox if desired. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
Hyaluronic acid fillers may be injected off label into the gluteal region. Please make sure that the filler is approved by your respective government agency and that the doctor has done a lot of similar procedures.
