Is Genefill dermal filler safe to use in the buttocks?

I'm thinking of having filler injected in my buttocks and the filler they use is Genefill, I wanted to make sure this filler doesn't cause lumpiness or any other dangers and was safe to be injected into that area.

Hyaluronic acid fillers may be injected off label into the gluteal region. Please make sure that the filler is approved by your respective government agency and that the doctor has done a lot of similar procedures.
