I was punched in the nose and I’m a candidate for a septoplasty. Severe valve collapse. 100% on one side and 70% on the other. In addition, it caused a dorsal hump on my nose that actually hurts me. When I breathe, it feels like that cold/sore sensation in that area which also causes headaches all the time. I know insurance doesn’t cover it, but am I looking at thousands of dollars to shave the hump? Do I have a pinched look nose also? It also leans towards the left now some.
