I have a wider nose at the bottom and I feel like it is slightly bulbous or fleshy, I am not sure the right word. I have had some consultations and need to decide between an alar base reduction or a tiplasty or both. I am concerned that if I just get the alar base reduction that the tip of my nose will look even more bulbous, is that likely?
