Are there different types of Cosmelan? difference between Cosmelan md and the "original"?

I'm confused on the difference between Cosmelan md and the " original". Is there currently only one type? I read it used to have hydroquinone? Where can I find a provider that has the Medical version that is strongest/ has hydroquinone. Any advice or clarification?
