Cosmelan peel or Pico laser for skin lightening?

Any thoughts if peels (e.g. cosmelan, mesopeel) work better than pico laser to lighten dark skin caused by hormones and genetics (Asian skin type IV)? I've spoken with a lot of board-certified dermatologists and they all have given me different recommendations.

No you cannot use cosmelan if you are sensitive to SLS but I would suggest looking at enlighten or aerify as an alternative and using restorsea, faith, and emerageskin products. Best, Dr. Emer.
