Cosmelan peel or Pico laser for skin lightening?

cosmelan or enlighten are used for pigmentation ever y2-3 months in our practice, we sent to our clients in NY. then in office we do aerolase + clear and brilliant. pico is a monthly maintenance treatment. you need a combination approach, regular peels monthly like AERIFY and larger ones ever 2-3 months.
