Is at home ipl hair removal treatment safe for use on male genitalia? User manuals are cagey and in office laser is very expensive.

Drosssa , I think the in home laser hair removal and IPL are not worth the money you spend. Laser Hair Removal is actually pretty complicated and difficult to successfully achieve. You can get some temporary hair reduction, but it will likely just stun the hair follicles at best. So you have wasted your time and money.  It used improperly you can also cause injury . I would save your money and if you decide to do it spring for an effective and better value options.

That would be an extremely bad idea.  Have a consultation with a certified physician in an office that offers LHR.
