Drosssa , I think the in home laser hair removal and IPL are not worth the money you spend. Laser Hair Removal is actually pretty complicated and difficult to successfully achieve. You can get some temporary hair reduction, but it will likely just stun the hair follicles at best. So you have wasted your time and money. It used improperly you can also cause injury . I would save your money and if you decide to do it spring for an effective and better value options.
