How soon can I start hydroquinone after an IPL treatment?

I had an IPL treatment on my entire face in December 2015 and began using ZO Non-Hyrdoquinone Brightenex 3 weeks later. It is now May and Brightenex hasn't made any difference. I had an IPL spot treatment on April 25, 2016 and purchased Obagi Hyrdoquinone Clear and I would like to know when I can start using it?

IPL and laser can both be used for hair removal.  It requires a series of treatments as well as periodic touch up treatments.  Always seek treatment from a qualified professional.  Good luck!
