Picoway is a good option for most of the lesion as it cannot be used too close to the eye especially with the resolve 532 and 1064 wavelength handpieces for fractionated treatment along with the 730 handpiece for spot treatment. The area closest to the eye can be treated with micro-fractionated CO2 laser that uses a very small diameter hole of 10 microns right up to the eye lash line. Multiple treatments would be expected.
