How to treat burnt facial skin from using Nair facial removal hair cream?

I have a really burnt on both sides of my face from using Nair facial removal hair cream. I left it on for 5 minutes, the suggested time. It is burning and very red.

Typically lasers will not fire if the gauge is not set properly.  Otherwise it typically has very little effect on the delivery of the device. More information is needed.  Best, Dr. Emer.
