What are the best face washes for Accutane users?

We always recommend Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser to all of our Accutane patients. Accutane can be very drying and Cetaphil can really help keep your skin hydrated without making it worse.

Thank you for your question. In my experience, gentle hydrating facial cleansers work best for my Accutane patients because a common side effect of Accutane is dry skin. I found Cetaphil or CeraVe hydrating cleansers to be effective as well as their facial moisturizers. I recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist for further guidance.
