From my research, it appears that neutraderm lotion is a DHT blocker and does not contain minoxidil. If you are getting some benefit,  discontinuation may cause hair loss. It should not cause facial hair growth  I would recommend starting spironolactone if you have PCOS to treat hair loss and...
