Tummy tuck 3 weeks ago. Stinging pain on the top right side top, photo is of the incision. Is it healing properly? (Photo)

tummy tuck inscion at 20 days. at 3 weeks i was told i could drive since i dont take the pain meds or muscle relaxers. I have only been walking in my house.( Question one) is this scar healing well in the middle? (question 2) is that stinging pain that was coming and going at first now at 3 wks p/o it is unbearable at times & keeps me up it hurts so bad. Is that a pulled musce from just walking or could it be something more serious. Do permanet stictches rip? Thank you
