I've been feeling pain in my three upper right rearmost molars while drinking and eating soft foods. Cool water is enough to cause sharp pain in these teeth. I can bite down on meats, nuts and other tough or hard foods with these teeth just fine, but chewing SOFT foods like bananas or fig newtons has started causing severe, almost preoccupying pain in these teeth. This started just after finishing a multi-year invisalign treatment 2 weeks ago - I was given a set of very tight retainers.

You definitely should not drink lemon water due to it being acidic. If you must drink it, drink after removing the invisalign trays or drink using a straw and drink some water or rinse/brush after to insure it doesn't stay on your teeth or aligners.
Wirelign is not a practical system. It does not work on every case and patients can get cavities and other problems if they don't brush and flus properly. You don't have control of the side teeth and there are other ways you can straighten those front teeth , like invisalign much easier with control
Vaneer is not a solution for your problem. Invisalign will improve your teeth. You need to use a lot of aligners, in order for invisalign to work, but it will definetly improve it. I think braces is a better treatment for you.You will get the better result in a shorter time.
