I had been using betnovate n for 4 years on my face unknowingly it is a steroid, off late got was getting pimples a lot so consulted a derm who asked me to stop using it and post it I have had a bad flare of acne and redness. That had just begun to resolve a bit that after a month into my withdrawal my derm has put me on accutane. It's been 3 days since accutane that my face is again red and very hot. I can't make out whether its a withdrawal flare or accutane could be the cause. Help
