Why is cellulaze for cellulite treatment such a disaster for so many people?

I'm looking for medical explanations for why so many people say they look worse after the bands in the skin that create cellulite dimpling are severed. What is going on under the skin at that point and why isn't anyone evolving the treatment to anticipate or fix it? What kinds of people are more likely to have bad results versus the good satisfying results that make your skin look smooth and regular?
