I Always Get Cavities Even Though I Brush 2 Times a Day?

I am a 15 y/o healthy female. I don't drink pop at all or any other sugary drink beside orange juice which I only drink about once every 2 weeks. I brush my teeth 2 times a day, once in the morning and once before bed. I floss a few times a week but not every day. I go to the dentist every 6 months and usually every second time I will have a cavity. I always go and get them fixed. I don't know why this happens to me. My brother or my parents have never had a cavity in their lives.
