If your implants are on the bottom teeth and were placed too close to the Mandibular Canal, then yes, you can get ear aches from implants. The Mandibular Nerve passes close to the ear and actually joins the nerve that serves the ear. Impulses from the lower teeth can travel up the Mandibular Nerve and then jump to the nerve that is coming from the ear. The brain receives impulses on the nerve that serves the ear when the origin of the activity was in the teeth. If the antibiotics haven't worked, have a CBCT (CatScan) x-ray taken and see if the implant is touching the Mandibular Canal which houses the Mandibular Nerve.
